Pricing will vary depending on complexity of the scene. Can be done either in horizontal or vertical aspect ratios of your choosing. The final file output will be in a high-res PNG file."Commercial Illustration" is the recommended option for promotional art such as TTRPG illustrations, book covers, cards, box art etc.Completion is around 3-4 weeks once started.-

After you've reviewed the pricing for your commission in the COMMISSION RATES page and you're ready to order.Send an e-mail with the [Commission] tag in the title, and send it to [email protected] in order to place your commission order.

Commission Type - Character Illustration, Steam Capsule, Full Illustration, Portrait, Half Body, Fully BodyCommission Quality - Sketch, Colored, Fully Rendered (Does not apply to Full Illustrations and Steam Capsules)References - Reference images for the characters & setting attached through the email or a Dropbox / Google Drive link.Description - Describe the character as best as you can, personality, back story, expressions, poses, color palette etc.Commercial Purposes - Will you sell the art to earn profit? (Yes or No, If yes please elaborate on its purpose.)Timeline - Do you have a deadline for this artwork? When do you need it? Please tell me the specific date or rough timeline. If not leave as "None".

Payment Method - Currently the only available payment method is through the Wise App.Please ensure that you are able to use the Wise App in your region/country and bank.Slot Reservation - Once you've sent payment, I will send you a confirmation of the reservation of your slot and will later notify you once your slot is up and your commission has started.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• Slot reservation will be ensured once paid. Payment should be fully upfront for commissions under 500 USD, anything above will be 50/50 initial down payment and the rest on final delivery. Payment is currently via Wise only.• If the commission is for non-commercial use. You are not allowed to sell my work in any form without my consent.• For non-commercial works, both patron and artist reserve the rights to post the artwork in any online platform they use.• Upon receiving your e-mail. I reserve the right to decline your commission request if I'm not comfortable or not fit for your project.
• Refunds will not be available once work on the illustration has begun.• Work files are not included on final delivery; sketch , WIPs, PSD files. The final deliverables will only be final output PNG files.• Commission prices will increase depending on complexity and demand of the artwork. This also applies to backgrounds and props/items.• Regarding Revisions, Major Revisions should be done at the early stages of the artwork, during the sketch/draft phase. Minor revisions are okay later on.There is no set revision amount, as long as they are reasonable and within the scope of your initial description, any further constant changes will require an additional revision fees.• Please DO NOT EDIT the final piece without my permission.

ILLUSTRATION PROCESS

DRAFTING PHASE

While in drafting phase, a sketch of your commission order will be provided based on your description and references provided. This will define the direction of your artwork.During this phase of the artwork the main things to consider are the major parts of the artwork. (Character poses, arrangement of props, blocking, composition, lighting)MAJOR REVISIONS like significant changes in the artwork, character position , pose , props , composition , lighting are available.

COLOR PHASE

While in color phase, a rough color paint over of the sketch will be provided. This will define the color scheme, mood and atmosphere of the illustration.During this phase of the artwork the main things to consider are how the colors in the scene and on the character affect the artwork. (Color scheme, mood , atmosphere, lighting)MAJOR REVISIONS like significant changes in the artwork, character pose, composition , lighting and colors are available.

DETAIL PHASE

While in detailing phase, a more progressed and detailed version of the artwork will be provided. This this is where we lock in all the things done during Draft and Detail phase and begin bringing the artwork to life.During this phase of the artwork the main things to consider are the details. ( character faces, appearances, armor details , clothing , weapon, the small things.)MINOR REVISIONS like tiny tweaks and changes in the artwork, character, lighting and colors are available.

FINAL PHASE

The final phase is the last update for the illustration. This will essentially be the final checking for the patron to see if there are any other notes / feedbacks that need to be addressed and changed in the artwork.MINOR REVISIONS tiny tweaks and changes in the artwork are available.

FINAL DELIVERY PHASE

After the patron has approved their commissioned piece, the final high resolution version of the file(s) will be sent once the final payment has been settled.
